Our founder Steve Albritton brings invaluable experience, having built and maintained one of the busiest, fast-paced global executive protection teams in the world. With an elite client roster including some of the most discerning individuals and companies in the world, Steve demonstrates the surgical expertise of high-end security/protection practices, as well as deep understanding and experience in providing VIP-level customer service, medical and executive support.

Having designed a unique vetting system for Executive Protection candidates, Steve and the OPStructure team work closely with recruiters and managers to ensure top-level applicant pools and top-notch hires.  OPStructure provides a direct link from the needs of Corporations and individuals, to the best candidates and resources in the industry.

As OPStructure’s principal, Steve brings deep industry connections spanning 6 continents.  These important connections built over many years, enable clients and companies alike to quickly and safely transition from place to place, anywhere in the world. From the plains of Africa, to the depths of the Amazon, or the sky-rises of London, OPStructure has eyes and supports on the ground to support your security needs.

Co-founder Heidi Albritton is an experienced Executive and Leadership coach, talent development and recruiting specialist, and trainer. Heidi's 8 years in elected office, and extensive experience in high-profile, public facing roles has given her unique insights into supporting VIP clients. Heidi has provided coaching support and training to EP professionals throughout her career, and is focused on professional development for the field as a whole. Heidi is a Certified High Performance Coach, and enjoys working with individuals and teams to achieve high levels of functionality and effectiveness. A Certified IEQ9 Enneagram instructor, Heidi also brings a wealth of resources and tools in support of OPStructure clients and their teams. Heidi has a BA from Middlebury College,  a Masters in Public Affairs, and extensive Executive Education from Harvard, the High Performance Institute, and the University of Colorado.
